Workshop: Our Safe Havens: How to Make Our Mosques Oases of Tranquility

 

The Women's Affairs Unit at the College of Computer Science and Information Technology organized a workshop entitled “Our Safe Havens: How to Make Our Mosques Oases of Tranquility,” as part of the college's preparations for the holy month of Ramadan. A number of female students participated in the workshop.

The workshop addressed the importance of preparing the college mosque to be a suitable spiritual environment that fosters an atmosphere of devotion and tranquility during the holy month. It emphasized the pivotal role of female students in maintaining and preserving the mosque as a place of worship and reflection, reflecting the spiritual and moral values ??of the university community.

The workshop also aimed to raise awareness of the importance of mosques on campus and to instill a culture of cooperation and shared responsibility in maintaining the sanctity, cleanliness, and organization of the space, thus contributing to a university environment that supports religious and human values.

This workshop is part of a series of awareness activities implemented by the Women's Affairs Unit, underscoring the college's commitment to strengthening educational and spiritual aspects alongside its academic mission.
