The Dean of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology announces the academic backgrounds and competitive examination subjects for admission to graduate studies (Master's and PhD) for the academic year 2026-2027 in the Departments of Computer Science and Computer Networks Systems, as follows:

First: Department of Computer Science (Master's)

Acceptable academic backgrounds include:

Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Networks, Artificial Intelligence, and Software Engineering.

The competitive examination subjects are:

1. Image Processing

2. Logic Design

3. Compilers

4. Information Security

5. Software Engineering

6. Operating Systems

7. Computer Networks

8. Artificial Intelligence

9. Data Structures

10. Object-Oriented Programming.

Second: Department of Computer Science (PhD)

Acceptable academic backgrounds include the same specializations mentioned above.

The competitive exam subjects are:

1. Advanced Mobile Computing

2. Evolutionary Computation

3. Advanced Cryptography

4. Advanced Computer Networks

5. Data Warehouse & DSS

Third: Computer Network Systems Department (Master's)

Acceptable academic backgrounds include:

Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Networks, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Software Engineering.

The competitive exam subjects are:

1. Switching and Routing in the Network

2. Network Protocol and Services

3. Artificial Intelligence

4. Network Security

5. Multimedia

6. Logic Circuits and Design

7. Object-Oriented Programming

8. Digital Signal Processing

9. Data Structures

10. Wireless Networks
