Sections and units related to the Administrative Assistant Divisions - Financial Affairs - Familiarise yourself with all accounting entries and sign all entry documents. - Maintain and monitor all documents using accounting records. - Directly supervise and sign all disbursement documents. - Inventory the fund and sign the inventory report. - Sign all cheques. Finance Division Units The Finance Division consists of several units as follows: I. Records Unit: It specialises in the process of transferring documents of all kinds (disbursement, entry) to the records and is related to the accountant, and the records vary according to their nature, including (general journal record, allocation record, revenue record, trust record, imprest record). Second - Payroll Unit: It is responsible for managing the work of salaries for employees and contracts and preparing salary lists in accordance with the laws in calculating the entitlement and deduction, and the occupant of this position is under the direct supervision of the Finance Division Officer. Third - Cashier's Unit: The incumbent is responsible for withdrawals and deposits with the bank, receiving student amounts and the remaining amounts of disbursed advances, and closing the fund at the end of each month in accordance with financial instructions and is directly linked to the Financial Division Officer. Fourth - Final Accounts Liquidation Unit. The incumbent is responsible for organising all entries: Organises the entry documents, disbursement documents in accordance with the applicable accounting system and in accordance with the financial instructions and administrative orders issued and is directly linked to the official of the financial division. Fifth - Warehouse Unit: This position is located in the warehouse unit of the college and the incumbent is responsible for carrying out the work in accordance with the warehouse instructions and the incumbent is under the supervision of the Director of Finance. - Human Resources - Information Technology - Manage, direct and apply the e-governance prepared by the university. - Supervising the management, operation and maintenance of systems, networks, computers and accessories. - Preparing specialised software and archiving data electronically, which helps in raising the performance level of the formation. - Supervising the receipt and dispatch of electronic mail. - Installing new electronic educational systems - Services - Legal - Answering books received from the Legal Affairs Department at the University Presidency. - Participating in the membership of investigative committees. - Participating in the membership of follow-up committees for clubs and kiosks. - Participating in the membership of the student identity loss committees. - Participation in the student reception committees. - Participating in the membership of student discipline committees within the college. - Supervising the application of the Student Discipline Directive No. 160 of 2007, as amended. - Attending the meetings organised by the Legal Affairs Department at the University Presidency and representing the college in them. - Organising records of investigation reports and student discipline reports. - Organising legal guarantees and pledges for postgraduate students. - Organising pledges for undergraduate students. - Providing legal opinion and advice. - Receiving notifications of college employees, where the concerned person is notified through his personal presence and is certified by the official of the Legal Division in charge of the notification, dated and returned to the University Presidency of the Legal Affairs Department. Units: - Student Activities The Student Activities Unit organises competitions, cultural events, workshops, and volunteer activities to promote the spirit of cooperation and belonging among students and develop their leadership and social skills. It also seeks to discover and nurture student talents by supporting them in participating in local and international events and competitions. The unit plays a key role in building a vibrant and interactive student community that enhances the student's university experience and qualifies him to be an effective member of society after graduation.
