A Rich Academic Career Culminating in Recognition… The College of Computer Science and Information Technology Celebrates One of Its Academic Pillars

 

The Dean of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, Professor Dr. Salah Awad Salman, held a ceremony to honor Professor Dr. Murtadha Mohammed Hamad on the occasion of his retirement, in recognition of his distinguished academic career and outstanding contributions to the educational and scientific advancement of the college.

This honor reaffirms the college's commitment to fostering a culture of appreciation and pride in its academic talents, and to celebrating academic luminaries who have played a vital role in developing academic performance and raising scientific standards, in addition to his exceptional contributions to supporting students and his fellow faculty members throughout his years of service.

The ceremony included the presentation of commemorative plaques and symbolic gifts from the college administration, expressing deep gratitude for the honoree's continuous academic contributions. Faculty members and staff of the college were in attendance. At the conclusion of the ceremony, the Dean of the College expressed her sincere wishes to Professor Dr. Murtada Muhammad Hamad for continued health, wellness and success in his future career, stressing its continued support and honoring of scientific talents who have contributed to building a solid scientific edifice.
