As part of Global Entrepreneurship Week activities,

 

The University Psychological Counseling Unit, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, and under the patronage of Professor Dr. Salah Awad Salman, Dean of the College, organized a scientific seminar entitled:

“The Future of Computing: Emerging Trends and Leading Technologies in Computer Science.”

The seminar was held on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, in Al-Khwarizmi Hall, with the attendance of a select group of faculty members, staff, and students.

The seminar was presented by Professor Dr. Ali Makki Saghir, who discussed the most prominent recent developments in the field of computer science, highlighting future trends and leading technologies, and their role in supporting entrepreneurship and promoting scientific and intellectual innovation.

This seminar reflects the College's commitment to keeping pace with scientific and technological advancements and developing students' academic awareness, in line with the demands of the job market and the University's vision of supporting leadership and creativity.
