Workshop on Enhancing Innovation and its Ethics Using Data and Artificial Intelligence

 

The College of Computer Science and Information Technology, under the patronage of its Dean, Professor Dr. Salah Awad Salman, organized a workshop entitled "Enhancing Innovation and its Ethics Using Data and Artificial Intelligence" on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, in the Graduate Studies (Master's) Hall. The workshop was presented by Dr. Montaser Abdul Wahid Salman and Dr. Saad Ibrahim Ahmed from the Department of Information Technology. The workshop aimed to highlight the role of artificial intelligence and data in supporting innovation and technological development processes, focusing on the ethical dimensions of using these technologies in scientific and applied fields. It also emphasized the importance of the responsible application of artificial intelligence in scientific research and community service.

The workshop was attended by a number of faculty members and undergraduate and graduate students, who praised the scientific presentation and the modern topics covered, stressing its importance in enhancing digital and research literacy among students.
