In the context of striving to develop the educational process and enhance scientific cooperation, under the direct sponsorship and supervision of the Dean of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology (Professor Dr. Salah Awad Salman), the college took on the responsibility of supervising the joint exams with the corresponding departments in private colleges. The college staff supervised the performance of exams in the Department of Computer Science at Al-Maarif University and the Department of Artificial Intelligence at Al-Hilla University, as well as the Department of Artificial Intelligence at Al-Turath University.

This is to ensure that the examination process runs according to the highest academic and organisational standards. This supervision includes coordination with the relevant departments in preparing examination schedules, organising committees to follow up and implement examination instructions, and ensuring the application of academic integrity rules. This supervision comes within the framework of the effort to enhance the quality of education and unify academic evaluation standards among educational institutions.
