Within the framework of the scientific plan adopted by the College of Computer Science and Information Technology and in order to spread the culture of knowledge and under the patronage of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Salah Awwad Salman, the Recruitment, Qualification and Follow-up Unit organised a training seminar entitled (The Art of Writing a CV), on Wednesday (12/2/2025), at Al-Khwarizmi Hall in the college, delivered by the Head of the Information Technology Department, Assistant Professor Dr. Khalid Shaker Jassim.

The seminar included a set of topics on how to prepare a CV, types of CVs, communication skills, and CV templates. It also talked about the types of job interviews and how to prepare for them before and immediately after the interview, relying on the method of interaction, discussion, brainstorming, and role-playing.

This seminar came out of the importance of the CV as a means of introducing the personality to give an idea of the writer's self in front of other parties, which is of primary interest to job seekers.
