A scientific seminar that supports purposeful content

  

Under the patronage of the esteemed university president, Professor Dr. Mushtaq Talib Al-Nada, and the supervision of the esteemed Dean of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, Professor Dr. Salah Awad Salman, the Women's Affairs Unit held its second annual carnival "Creative Women: A Journey Towards Purposeful Technology" on Monday, December 2, 2024, in celebration of Global Entrepreneurship Week. The scientific seminar titled "From Idea to Implementation: Women in Entrepreneurship Against Violence" featured important leadership figures in the community and the university, including:

1- Ms. Suhaila Ismail Al-Qaisi, Director of the Communications and Information Directorate of Anbar.

2- Assistant Professor Dr. Nidal Hussein Ali, Head of the Girls' Dormitories at the University of Anbar.

3- Dr. Nidal Ibrahim, Head of the Department of Life Sciences, representing the Dean of the College of Education for Girls, Professor Dr. Nasra Hamid Jadou.

Dr. Sana Abdul-Sattar Al-Fahdawi, head of the Women, Family, and Child Committee in the Anbar Provincial Council, attended the seminar.

The seminar included various discussions on the meanings of pioneering women and how they can overcome life's challenges of violence and extortion by developing their technological knowledge and playing an active role in society. And success stories of Iraqi women entrepreneurs. Dr. Sana participated with interventions expressing her interest and support for all university members.
