Honoring students with the Computer Award for meaningful content.

Coinciding with Global Entrepreneurship Week, and under the patronage and guidance of the esteemed Dean of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, Professor Dr. Salah Awad Salman, the heads of the scientific departments in the college honored the winning students of the computer competition for meaningful content on Monday, December 2, 2024.

The content of the competition was supervised and overseen by the head of the Women's Affairs Unit in the college (Dr. Makarem Abdulwahid Al-Turki), and it included (9) video clips supporting purposeful content. The videos featured technological content as well as socially purposeful content, and they were designed by some students who showcased their talents in content creation and editing. This step is considered one of the stages of developing and enhancing students' technological skills.

Winning the competition is based on which video receives the most views, likes, and comments on YouTube, making it the first winner.

This recognition represents a qualitative leap in creating content with a positive impact on society, achieving the summit's goals of enhancing knowledge and innovation, and building a global community of creators and influencers, embodying our university's message in supporting every qualitative change aimed at elevating human life and meeting its aspirations for prosperity and security.
