To coincide with the National Arboriculture Day (1 October), the College launched a greening campaign in the gardens and spaces of the college.
Under the patronage of Prof. Mushtaq Taleb Al-Nada, President of Anbar University and under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, Prof. Salah Awad Salman, and under the slogan ‘Green Computers’, a tree planting campaign was launched in the college gardens as part of the activities of the first day of October held by the Student Activities and Women's Affairs Units.
College cadres, including teachers, employees and students, started planting and cultivating various trees. The campaign aims to increase the green spaces of the college and spread community awareness of the importance of the green carpet, improve the university environment and reduce pollution.
