Digital Transformation at the Heart of a Training Course

 

The Human Resources Division at the College of Computer Science and Information Technology organized a training course entitled “Digital Transformation in Human Resources Management.” This course was held as part of the activities of the National Strategy Committee for Integrity and Combating Corruption, and in accordance with the directives of the University of Anbar's Presidency and the College Deanship, which aim to promote the values ??of integrity and transparency and combat corruption in all its forms.

The course targeted unit heads within the Human Resources Division. The head of the division, Assistant Lecturer Yassin Salam Mansour, presented the course, addressing the importance of adhering to the principles of academic integrity and the role of digital transformation in developing the administrative work environment and enhancing institutional performance.

The course covered several topics, focusing on establishing sound academic conduct, mechanisms for reducing manifestations of administrative corruption, and the use of modern technologies in organizing and managing work in line with the requirements of digital development in higher education institutions.

Through these activities, the College affirmed its commitment to consolidating authentic academic values ??and promoting a culture of integrity as a fundamental pillar in building an effective university environment, in addition to supporting efforts aimed at combating corruption and developing administrative performance.
