Guidance minutes at the beginning of each scientific lecture. As part of the college's scientific plan for the academic year 2024-2025 and under the directives of the university presidency and the college deanship, the Psychological Counselling and Educational Guidance Unit organised awareness-raising guidance minutes for the students of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, aiming to enhance awareness of behavioural and ethical issues that affect students' academic and professional paths.

As part of the college's academic plan for the 2024-2025 academic year and under the directives of the university presidency and the college deanship, the Psychological Counselling and Educational Guidance Unit organised awareness-raising guidance minutes for the students of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, aiming to enhance awareness of behavioural and ethical issues that affect students' academic and professional journeys.

On Monday, March 3, 2025, several faculty members delivered guidance minutes addressing the most important topics that students should be advised and directed on, including their effects and risks. These topics included drugs and cyber extortion and their dangers, presented by Prof. Dr. Saad Ibrahim Ahmed.

Targeted second-year students in the Computer Science Department,

Cheating and its dangers were presented by Dr. Mahmoud Hilal Farhan.

Targeted third-year students in the Department of Information Technology

The risks of cheating and how to avoid it in writing graduation projects, presented by Dr. Ahmed Mahdi Jubeir.

He targeted fourth-year students in the Computer Networks Systems Department.
