In accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, an academic twinning agreement was signed on Thursday morning, February 12, 2026, between the College of Computer Science and Information Technology at Anbar University and the College of Computer Science and Information Technology at Warith Al-Anbiya University. The agreement aims to enhance scientific, academic, and research cooperation between the two institutions.

The agreement was signed by Professor Dr. Salah Awad Salman, Dean of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology at Anbar University, and Assistant Professor Dr. Haider Mohammed Ali Al-Ghanimi, representing the College of Computer Science and Information Technology at Warith Al-Anbiya University. Several faculty members from both colleges were present at the signing.

The agreement aims to exchange scientific and academic expertise and develop joint educational and research programs, thereby contributing to raising the academic level and strengthening opportunities for joint cooperation, which will serve the educational process and benefit our students.

During the signing ceremony, both parties emphasized their commitment to implementing the agreement's provisions, thereby strengthening the scientific partnership and supporting the building of sustainable academic relations between the two institutions.
