The Dean of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology at Anbar University received a delegation from the College of Science at Al-Maarif University in an official visit aimed at strengthening academic and scientific cooperation between the two institutions. The Al-Maarif University delegation included Dr. Mohammed Ibrahim Khalaf, Dean of the College of Science; Dr. Mohammed Ismat Sinu, Head of the Department of Computer Science; and Dr. Shahid Jamil Kharbit, Scientific Assistant at the College of Science. They were received by Dr. Salah Awad Salman, Dean of the College, the Scientific Assistant, and the Head of the Department of Computer Science.

During the meeting, the twinning agreement between the computer science departments at the two universities was renewed, and new avenues for joint cooperation were explored. These include curriculum development, exchange of scientific expertise, support for scientific research, and the implementation of joint training programs and academic events, which will positively impact the students and the educational process.
