The Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Salah Awad Salman, representing the University President, Professor Dr. Mushtaq Talib Al-Neda, participated in the celebration held by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to mark the end of the paper-based system and the launch of comprehensive automation within the Digital Governance Project.

His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, emphasized that January 19, 2026, represents a pivotal moment in the Ministry's institutional performance, noting the transition to an automated digital management system that meets the requirements of excellence and internationalization, and enhances work efficiency and procedural integrity.

The celebration included documentary presentations and a demonstration of the electronic correspondence and archiving system and its implementation mechanisms. At the conclusion, senior staff and several distinguished universities were honored in recognition of their contributions to the success of the digital transformation project.

The University of Anbar's participation underscores its commitment to keeping pace with national digital transformations and supporting the Ministry's efforts to establish e-governance and elevate institutional performance according to modern standards.
