The University Psychological Counseling Unit, under the patronage of Professor Dr. Salah Awad Salman, Dean of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, organized a training course titled "Social Media: Between Positives and Negatives." This course was part of the unit's awareness program aimed at promoting the proper and conscious use of digital platforms. The course was presented by:

The two-day course covered topics related to the effects of social media on individual and societal behavior, ways to utilize it positively, and warnings against the dangers of misuse.
The course concluded with a written exam on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, to assess the participants' understanding of the presented information.
