Guidance Sessions for Female Students in the Information Technology Department

 

The University Psychological Counseling Unit at the college organized a guidance session for female students in the second, third, and fourth years of the Information Technology Department on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, in the department's classrooms. The session was led by:

Lecturer Yaqeen Saad

The guidance sessions covered a range of important awareness and directional topics, most notably:

* The role and importance of women in making sound decisions in family and community life.

* The religious and social status of women in Islam and ways to preserve it.

* Adherence to Islamic teachings that promote good morals and a positive reputation.

* Adherence to the university dress code and choosing clothing appropriate for academic standing.

* Regular attendance at lectures and labs according to the established schedules.

* Safe and responsible use of mobile phones, taking into account religious, ethical, and legal considerations. * Focusing on academic achievement and striving for excellence.

* Maintaining family confidentiality and providing support to family and close friends to achieve shared success.

The meeting concluded with an emphasis on the importance of promoting positive values ??and adhering to exemplary academic conduct that reflects the ideal student image within the college and the wider community.
