The course addressed the role of websites in the development of scientific research. Websites play an important and significant role in the advancement of scientific research by providing fully equipped laboratories with computers, connected to the internet, and available at all times. Therefore, it was necessary to explore this topic and reflect on it from a jurisprudential perspective, studying it comprehensively to clarify the legitimacy of these innovations, examining the contracts conducted through them, and removing the ambiguity surrounding their transactions. This is part of the study of the jurisprudence of reality, which must be delved into to find the jurisprudential opinion on many issues related to these innovations, concerning people's transactions and interests, to determine the jurisprudential ruling on them and establish the jurisprudential controls for them.
