Under the generous patronage and guidance of the esteemed university president, and with direct supervision by Professor Dr. Salah Awad Salman, Dean of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, and Mr. Mohammed Rabea, Head of the Electronic Administration in the college, the college students (Ammar Imad Al-Din Aster), (Abdullah Walid Alwan), and (Rafal Iyad Nawaf) from the Computer Networks Systems Department participated in the Huawei ICT Competition for talents or innovation (2024-2025) held online on Wednesday, November 27, 2024. The project was supervised by Dr. Ahmed Mahdi Jabeer. Only two teams from Iraq were selected out of 30 projects, and they competed with 14 teams from different countries in the Middle East in this competition.

These diligent efforts by the university presidency and the support of the college deanship aim to nurture the talents of its students within the framework of its continuous pursuit to enhance their abilities and provide an inspiring educational environment that contributes to the development of their skills and personal potentials, encouraging them to intensify their efforts to continue their academic journey and showcase their talents.
