In preparation for the new academic year, we would like to inform you that the documents required to be submitted to the college are:

1. A recent photo with a white background, the size of the transaction photos, (6)

2. A photocopy of the civil status ID or national card

3. Photocopy of the Iraqi nationality certificate or national card

4. Pictured residence card

5. The parents' civil status ID or the national ID (father and mother) with a photocopy

6. The citizenship certificate of the parents or the national ID card (father and mother) with a photocopy

7. Medical examination

8. School card

9. School endorsement and certified by the General Directorate of Education

10. The identity of the sponsor, a photocopy

11. A CD containing the above documents

12. All forms are placed in a closed nylon file

13. CBC vaccination test from one of the marriage examination centers
